The Replanting Manager (Regenerative Organic) is a senior, field-based role responsible for leading the design, rollout, and day-to-day management of āluān’s regenerative agriculture programme across Simeulue Island, Indonesia.

The role focuses on restoring degraded coconut plantations through replanting, soil regeneration, and diversified intercropping systems, while improving farmer livelihoods and long-term productivity.

Working closely with local field teams and farmers, the manager will oversee programme implementation, training initiatives, and certification processes (including Organic and Fair Trade), while also coordinating coconut sourcing for production.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone experienced in regenerative agriculture, capable of operating in remote environments and driving meaningful environmental and social impact.
