Organic and Certifications Field Coordinator

Location: Indonesia (field-based in Simeulue and surrounding islands)

This role supports āluān’s work with smallholder coconut farmers to implement regenerative organic farming systems and maintain certification standards across the supply chain.

The Regenerative Organic Field Coordinator works directly with farmers to support organic practices, maintain farm records and traceability systems, and assist with internal inspections and certification processes. The role also contributes to monitoring and reporting activities for āluān’s replanting programme, working closely with the Replanting Manager and field teams.

HR & Compliance Manager

This role supports the operational backbone of āluān and EcosystemImpact. The HR & Compliance Manager helps establish clear systems, documentation, and staff processes as the organisation grows, including recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance. The position works closely with leadership and field teams to ensure programs operate smoothly, responsibly, and in line with certification and governance requirements.

Replanting & Regenerative Agriculture Program Manager

Location: Indonesia (with some remote coordination)

Type: Full-time

This role leads the on-the-ground implementation of āluān’s replanting and regenerative agriculture program. The Program Manager coordinates field teams, supports community and partner relationships, and helps translate organisational plans into practical, well-run operations across nursery establishment, farm engagement, and monitoring activities.
