The Program Manager coordinates field teams, supports community and partner relationships, and helps translate organisational plans into practical, well-run operations across nursery establishment, farm engagement, and monitoring activities.

This role supports the operational backbone of āluān and EcosystemImpact. The HR & Compliance Manager helps establish clear systems, documentation, and staff processes as the organisation grows, including recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance. The position works closely with leadership and field teams to ensure programs operate smoothly, responsibly, and in line with certification and governance requirements.
